Terms of use

The rules for using this website, and what the estimate on it does and does not mean.

This is a scaffold, not a policy. Roofave is a placeholder business and this document has not been written or reviewed by a lawyer. Each section below describes what belongs in it. Replace the lot before the site handles a single real enquiry.

01The estimator is an estimate

The figure this site produces is a non-binding range generated from measurements you supply. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a contract. Nobody has inspected the property, and the deck under an existing roof is the single most common reason a final price differs. A binding price only ever follows a site survey and arrives in writing.

02Where the rates come from

Pricing is based on published US national installed ranges for 2026 and is adjusted at survey for region, access and condition. Rates move; the estimate is valid for thirty days from the date on the PDF.

03Accuracy of content

Material lifespans, price ranges and guidance on this site are general and are not a substitute for an inspection of your particular building. Local code, HOA rules and structural capacity all override general advice.

04Intellectual property

The site design, copy and the pricing model are the property of the site owner. Photography is openly-licensed stock and is credited in the repository. Icons are Phosphor Icons, used under the MIT licence.

05Limitation of liability

This section has to be written for the jurisdiction the business operates in and reviewed by somebody qualified. It is not something to copy from another site.
