Commercial coating restoration
An 18,000 sq ft warehouse deck with ponding and failing seams. A full silicone restoration bought a decade for a fraction of a tear-off, without closing the building for a day.
The problem
The tenant could not stop shipping. Everything had to be phased and watertight by close every evening.
What we did
Split into six bays, one bay a night. Seams reinforced with fabric, ponding areas built up, then two coats of silicone across the whole deck.
The result
No lost operating hours, a renewable roof rather than a replaceable one, and a maintenance contract to keep the warranty live.
