Shingle replacement after storm damage
A spring hailstorm took out most of the south slope. We stripped both faces, replaced eleven sheets of soft decking and put the house back under a full architectural system in two days.

The problem
The insurer had approved one slope. Once we were up there the hail bruising was clearly across both, and the deck under the valley had been wet long enough to delaminate.
What we did
We documented the bruising slope by slope with dated photographs, met the adjuster on site, and got the scope widened before we started. The valley was rebuilt rather than patched.
The result
Full replacement covered, finished inside the original window, and no callbacks through the following storm season.
